Jim Walters is a registered professional geologist and earned his BA degrees in Psychology and Geology, and a Masters degree in Geology, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After 10 years consulting in the environmental industry, he shifted his focus to marketing for a NYSE company and was also a founder, and now senior advisor to the software company SageFire, Inc. Jim brings over 17-years experience in relationship-based sales and marketing expertise to his Steamboat Springs real estate business and uses this knowledge to help his clients reach their goals. He believes that client-focused, marketing-based services are the foundation of his success and will always keep that the focus of his business. As a real estate investor, Jim has owned property in the area for over 17 years and permanently relocated to Steamboat Springs in August of 2004. Jim enjoys running, mountain biking, skiing, vintage cars and playing guitar. |
